Post subject: uh14
i dont think a uh is really a good craft for alaska at all. look into buiilding a sevtec. actually I'm not really sure why some one would use a uh over a sev? maybe someone that has had both can tell us why they prefer the design.

Post subject: uh14 for alaska
would the uh14p design be suitable for use in places like the Lower Yukon? Logs and snags in the sloughs would be a concern. I currently teach in Nulato, so this is the area that I know. There is a chance that I could end up near the ocean next year, St. Michaels or hopefully Togiak, and I cannot help but wonder how suitable this would be for running along the coast.
