I am making a remote control Hovercraft. Demensions are 4 feet x 2.5 feet. Twin leaf blower engines, on 2, 3/8 inch plywood sheets. I have lots of rubber skirt but am not sure how to make a skirt. My main question is do i have to carry the skirt all the way under the craft and use vent holes to allow excess air to escape or can i have an actual skirt and try and figure out a way to keep it in a bubble shape while inflated. Any help is appreciated. I know i am doing a poor job of explaining myself so any help is welcome.

Thanks
